About the Area
Gansevoort is a small community 12 miles north of Saratoga Springs, in the Capital Region of New York. Saratoga Springs, population 35,000, is located 30 minutes North of Albany, New York, the state Capital. Saratoga Springs is centrally located, 3 hours north of New York City, 3 hours south of Montreal, Canada, and 3 hours west of Boston. Many of our employees live in Saratoga Springs, Milton, Glens Falls, and other smaller surrounding communities.
The quality of life is excellent in Upstate New York and the people move at a more relaxed place than in most other areas. Outdoor recreation abounds with lakes, rivers, and streams throughout the region. Famous Lake George is only 30 miles north. Saratoga Springs is rich with the arts, cultural events, and activities.
