How does the MORE PARK^tm System work?

The MORE PARK^tm System uses a simple design where grids of modules containing adjustable columns are pinned to existing asphalt or concrete parking lots, distributing the live and dead loads into the existing soil through a specially designed base plate with an adjustable spherical node.

The adjustable columns account for sloping lots and can accommodate almost any site condition. Columns are bolted into square grids using steel beams and braced as required.

The square grids of steel support precast planks which form the deck system. Sloping grids of steel and precast form ramps for upper deck access, and stairs bolt on for vertical pedestrian access.
