Generally speaking the high-end finishes provided in the custom homes is limited only by the imagination. Condominiums at 38 High Rock
Location: Saratoga Springs, New York
Description: Situated in Saratoga Springs, and connected to the 123-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel, The 6-story condominium complex, with the three lower floors dedicated to indoor parking for both hotel and condo residents, will be open before the end of 2008. At 200,000 ft2, with underground parking and residential floors, it represents another in the local trend in large residential buildings in Saratoga Springs. Steel is expected to top out late 2008.

Park Place Condominiums.
Location: Saratoga Springs, New York
Description: Situated next to the entrance of historic Congress Park, and in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, Park Place Condominiums is another unique retail and residential building from Bonacio Construction. At 6-stories, 240,000 ft2, and 1,900 tons, with underground parking, retail and residential floors, Park Place represents the largest such building to be built in Saratoga Springs. Steel is expected to top out late 2008.

Description: Conceived as a new mixed-use condominium building made up of retail, business, and residential units, The lofts at 18 Division Street, is another unique project from Bonacio Construction. Weighing in at a lofty 1433 tons, the project consists of underground parking, approximately 9,000 ft2 of commercial on the street level and 3 floors of residential units, 41 in total
