Description: A state-of-the-art research facility with 116,000 Sq. Ft. of offices, laboratories, conference space and specialized research areas.

Center for Medical Sciences (CMS)

Location: 150 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, New York.
Description: A Five-story, 150,000 Sq. Ft. medical research facility. This challenging project included the development of flexible laboratory space to meet the changing programs of the four principle tenants.

Description: 15,000 Sq. Ft. biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility that inlcuded 4,000 Sq. Ft. of utility space and mezzanine for a total of 19,000 Sq. Ft.
